This is what I would do in this situation. Please verify if the use of the venues equipment is included with the room charge by the venue manager. If they agree that there will be no charge for it, then as long as it is acceptable to the rep on site and guest speaker then we can utlitize it. Please keep in mind that we are responsible if anything goes wrong being that we are contracted to provide our own equipment.
