We use an audio interface to stream a wireless microphone audio directly into a laptop for virtual meetings. This device works as a external sound card capable of connecting XLR or Quarter inch cables into a laptop computer. This device connects into the USB port of a laptop computer. The laptop should automatically recognize the interface device and make available in laptop sound settings as a audio input or output source.
Although this product is recommended by AVN, there are other cheaper interface brands that will work just as well.
